Health and habits of workers

  • Employees must adhere strictly to personal hygiene and the legal basis.
  • Before starting work and periodically thereafter, you must have a medical examination and a personal medical carnet.
  • Employees handling food must have a Certificate of Health Knowledge and Skills and periodically update their knowledge.

Smoking, eating, chewing (e.g. chewing gum, sunflower, etc.), spitting, coughing or sneezing, cleaning of nose, eyes, ears shall be prohibited in food handling areas above unprotected food.

It is forbidden to manage food and enter the food handling area if you have infectious and open wounds, skin inflammation or ulcers, diarrhoea, vomiting, abdominal pain, fever, sore throat, nasal discharge.

Na employee suffering from health problems must immediately notify the administration. The injured worker shall not have the right to continue handling and touching food until the wound is protected with water-tight material
