Dos & Don’ts

There are a few dos and don’ts when it comes to cleaning and disinfecting. Here they are:

• Never mix different cleaning products or chemicals together
• Always keep chemicals in the bottles they came in and never remove the labels
• Always store cleaning products separately from food. Keep them in a separate cupboard
• Always rinse things thoroughly after using chemicals to make sure no traces are left
• Always use separate sinks to wash dishes, food and your hands
• Avoid breathing in any fumes or splashing any cleaning products in your eyes or on your skin
• Keep product labels safe from damage so they can be easily read
• And, wash your hands thoroughly after using cleaning products
